The Fletcher Rifle Works Permian 6.5mm Ti is the Grade 5 titanium version of the 6.5mm Permian. Same 6.5-inch tube and 1.375x24 HUB mount as the stainless 6.5mm Permian, at 8.5 ounces. Laser-welded baffles. It ships on an ATF Form 4 through Hogoholics, a Texas FFL and SOT.

The HUB rear means the mount is separate. Direct thread, taper, or a quick-detach mount in 1.375x24 will fit. Match the mount thread to the muzzle on the rifle, and confirm barrel-length limits for the cartridge before you run it hard.
